Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, schedule, develop, evaluate, and discipline warehouse staff
- Ensure personnel, equipment, training, and building operations remain ready
- Monitor orders, credit notes, returns, receiving, and rack placement
- Maintain accurate picking, shipping, packaging, and inventory processes




- Promote workplace safety and comply with WSIB regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- Minimum three years of warehouse experience
- College degree preferred with some accounting knowledge
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office, JDE AS-400, and warehouse systems
- Forklift, safety, first aid, and CPR certifications noted
