The Equipment Operator supports waste diversion and the circular economy by operating site machinery efficiently. Daily work includes inspections, documentation, communication with supervisors and management, and assigned duties. Customer service, safety, and physical requirements are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate wheel loaders, skid steers, and site equipment safely
- Complete daily equipment inspections and documentation
- Communicate concerns and suggestions to supervisors and management
- Support other assigned duties on site

Requirements:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to learn secure equipment operation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to meet physical and English language requirements
