As an intermediate Advisor Lead, you will engage customers and employees with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support management through shift oversight, staff supervision, employee coaching, and daily store planning. The position supports Sport Chek’s active, healthy living focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model active selling behaviors and techniques for store team members
- Supervise visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, and seasonal changeover
- Coach and mentor part time team members
- Support daily store sales goals
- Operate the store when management is absent

Requirements:

- At least six months of retail experience
- Ability to build daily department and store plans
- Previous employee training and mentoring experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for active, healthy living
