FirstService Residential seeks a Security Concierge for its Toronto, Ontario community. You will provide resident information and services while protecting clients, residents, and property. The position emphasizes calm responses, confidentiality, customer service, and accurate documentation during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident questions, provide directions, and clarify service needs
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
- Perform building, parking, and perimeter patrols
- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms
- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software updates

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Remain calm under pressure and act quickly
- Communicate with clients by phone and in person
- Lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
