The role develops consultant, intermediary, and plan sponsor relationships while coordinating complex transaction activity. It also supports pipeline development, commercial strategy, RFP responses, and market positioning. Key Responsibilities:

Develop TD’s commercial visibility across pension risk transfer forums Build relationships with consultants, intermediaries, and plan sponsors Develop pipelines and identify leads across group annuity markets Facilitate RFPs, due diligence requests,



and commercial negotiations Coordinate Pricing, Legal, Operations, and Investments stakeholders Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, business, finance, or economics Seven or more years in pension risk transfer or related markets Fellowship with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries or Society of Actuaries Knowledge of defined benefit plans and pension de-risking Robust presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills Use pension expertise, commercial judgment, and trusted relationships to advance TD’s institutional risk transfer business in Toronto.
