Process investment transactions accurately with Financial Horizons using WealthServ and specialized knowledge of segregated funds. This temporary full time contract supports advisors.

As an Investment Specialist, you will process applications, transactions, trades, and transfer updates for Financial Horizons. The role requires five years of insurance and financial services experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and post-secondary education or equivalent.



Knowledge of WealthServ is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub received applications while meeting service level agreements
• Contact advisors for missing information or required signatures
• Enter applications and complete trades in WealthServ
• Follow up on transfers and maintain current WealthServ data
• Respond to inquiries and work with carrier websites

Requirements:

• Specialized knowledge of investment products, especially segregated funds
• Minimum five years in insurance and financial services
• Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of WealthServ considered an asset
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
