Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager for a top mining industry client. This individual will lead the organizational change management efforts supporting enterprise HR technology transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP Success Factors. The successful candidate will drive stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities across a geographically dispersed workforce. This role will partner closely with executive sponsors, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of recent processes and technologies while enabling lasting behavioral change throughout the organization. This is a true OCM-focused position centered on people, communication, training, readiness, and adoption rather than project delivery or implementation management.Skills and Requirements 7+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting enterprise-wide business and technology transformations3+ years supporting SAP Success Factors implementations, enhancements, or optimization programs Experience with SAP Success Factors modules including: Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Learning Management Systems (LMS)Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations Proven success developing and executing communication, engagement, training,
