As Filling Associate Manager, you will provide visible leadership on the manufacturing floor and ensure operational effectiveness. The role focuses on production workflow, process reliability, safety, product quality, Good Manufacturing Practices, and housekeeping. Technical processing and packaging experience, Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and manufacturing experience support this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Instil continuous improvement culture among manufacturing employees
- Identify workflow opportunities and document process reliability improvements
- Lead production teams while ensuring safety and product quality




- Investigate equipment defects and execute corrective actions
- Maintain Valuable Manufacturing Practices and department housekeeping standards

Requirements:

- Technical processing or packaging experience in manufacturing
- Prior Lean Six Sigma experience is desired
- Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills
- Relevant education or equivalent manufacturing work experience
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to beauty industry innovation
