To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our strategy site.You’ll Be Responsible ForLead electrical construction activities across major infrastructure work packagesManage and coordinate electrical contractors and specialist subcontractorsOversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover activitiesCoordinate electrical works with civil, structural, mechanical and systems teamsMonitor construction progress against programme and identify delivery risksReview construction methodologies, sequencing and work plansManage interfaces between design, procurement and site constructionEnsure works meet project quality, safety and technical requirementsLead resolution of site-based technical and constructability issuesSupport inspections, commissioning, completion and project handoverYou’ll Need To HaveExtensive electrical construction management experience on major infrastructure or heavy civil projectsStrong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioningExperience managing major contractors and complex construction packagesProven ability to coordinate electrical works within multidisciplinary civil engineering environmentsStrong understanding of construction sequencing,



interfaces and site logisticsExperience operating within demanding safety-critical construction environmentsExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to drive delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and qualityCanadian infrastructure experience would be advantageous but is not essentialNote:The estimated salary for this position is 100,000 - 140,000 CAD.
