Job Title: Manual Machinist - Craft the Precision Parts Behind World-Class Automation

We're looking for a skilled Manual Machinist to produce the high-precision custom components that bring our automation systems to life. In this role, you'll turn engineering drawings into finished parts, from one-off prototypes to critical replacement components, working closely with our design, assembly, and service teams. Every machine we build is custom, so no two days look the same. If you take pride in tight tolerances, clean finishes, and solving problems at the machine, this is your shop!

Salary Range: $30 - $35 per hour

Requests above the salary range are available and determined by the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain lathe, milling, and engraving machines to produce quality parts.
- Review drawings or samples to ensure accurate production.
- Take precise measurements, plan task sequences, and select appropriate machine settings for cutting, shaping, and engraving tasks.




- Inspect machined parts and tooling to maintain quality control standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist operating lathes and milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Skilled in using precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and protected work practices.
