About the role As the Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department. You'll be responsible for managing a talented team of technicians and advisors while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-centered experience. Your leadership will play a key role in meeting business goals, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a fun, accountable workplace culture. Responsibilities Lead and motivate service staff, including technicians, advisors, and support staff Oversee scheduling, workflow, and service operations to ensure timely repairs and maintenance Monitor KPIs and drive profitability,
