As a DEWALT Factory Service Technician, you will report to the Branch Manager in Mississauga, ON. The position supports over-the-counter repairs for Black & Decker, DEWALT, Stanley, and Bostitch tools. You will process work orders, identify parts, assist customers, and support branch operations using POS systems and SAP/MGV.

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate and complete repairs, identifying SKUs and required parts
- Process, track, and follow up on service work orders
- Provide technical assistance to distributors, end users, and staff
- Administer product warranties through date codes and parts condition
- Coordinate customer orders,



inventory, shipping, and receiving activities

Requirements:

- Community college or trade school graduation preferred
- Service workplace experience required; power tool repair preferred
- Compressor repair experience on equipment is an asset
- Effective communication, sales, and public-facing service skills
- Organizational skills and Microsoft Office knowledge are assets
