As Trade Customization Project Lead, you will guide projects from design through governance for Kenvue’s Trade Customization portfolio. The 18 month contract reports to the Supply Planning Manager. You will identify process improvements, develop aligned solutions, and manage relationships with external suppliers. Success includes Unit Fill Rate, CIPs, SLOB, inventory, profit, cost, and sustainability measures. Key Responsibilities:

Lead new projects from design through governance and transition Research competitive and regional designs for commercial teams Align suppliers, brands, quality assurance,



and customer requirements Support promotional strategies with Sales and Marketing partners Manage supplier reviews, governance, spending, and RFP renewals Requirements:

Undergraduate degree Five to seven years in project or supply chain management Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Customer, retail workplace, and promotion knowledge Strong communication, negotiation, influence, and interpersonal skills Apply strategic project leadership, supplier management, and process improvement expertise to Kenvue’s Toronto trade customization portfolio.
