Paladin Security seeks a full-time Patrol Guard supporting Scarborough Health Network’s Birchmount Hospital. The position protects hospital grounds, patient areas, entrances, and parking lots while assisting patients, visitors, staff, and authorities. Key work includes access control, camera monitoring, incident response, de-escalation, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols throughout hospital grounds and interior areas
- Control access points and restricted-area entry
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to emergencies, alarms,



and security incidents
- Document activities, incidents, and safety occurrences

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications
- Required immunization records and two-step TB test
- Willingness to complete N95 mask fit testing
- Fluent written and spoken English with Canadian work authorization
