As a Pharmacy Assistant II, you will support Sobeys’ national pharmacy team across banners including Safeway and Lawtons Drugs. Your work includes prescription processing, refill requests, compounding, pill pack assembly, and clinical service scheduling. Attention to detail and multitasking support reliable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble prescriptions and complete related data entry
- Process customer transactions, including prescription receiving and release
- Record refill requests and deliveries from customers
- Complete compounding and pill pack assembly
- File prescriptions, order supplies, and replenish inventory
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Assistant Diploma preferred from a recognized post-secondary institute
- Previous pharmacy experience considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail in pharmacy tasks
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to follow applicable company standards
