Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve homeowner concerns professionally and promptly
- Schedule appointments and communicate deficiency resolutions
- Complete repairs and quality control inspections
- Coordinate trades and document applicable back charges
- Negotiate solutions for customer and trade disputes

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Basic residential construction knowledge preferred
- Carpentry tools and equipment experience
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
