Provide compassionate resident care at Meadow Ridge Seniors Village as a Health Care Aide, supporting daily living and safe mobility. Work 0.40 FTE from 0700 to 1500, rotating four out of 14 days.

Reporting to the Nurse, this Health Care Aide supports Residents as an interdisciplinary team member. You will follow individualized care plans, promote independence, and address personal, social, physical, and recreational needs. The work emphasizes dignity, autonomy, confidentiality, and Park Place policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Safely lift, transfer, position, and assist Residents with ambulation
- Administer scheduled medications under established policies and procedures




- Monitor Resident status and report relevant observations to the Nurse
- Document care and maintain intake and output records

Requirements:

- Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program
- Current registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Patience, kindness, compassion, organization, and resourcefulness
- Physical ability to lift, walk, reach, bend, push, and sit
