As a Stocking Team Associate, you will review workload, work merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins, and prepare the backroom for unloading. You will sign merchandise accurately, maintain modular integrity, and address shelf capacity errors. Customer service includes greeting shoppers, locating merchandise, promoting products and services, supporting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately. The position is based at Walmart’s 150 McEwan Drive East location in Bolton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review workload for assigned store areas




- Stock picks and new merchandise accurately
- Work merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins
- Prepare the backroom for stock unloading
- Assist customers and resolve or refer concerns

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Use proper fixtures, supplies, and tools
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Complete safety sweep logs
