Serve fine food and beverages at 1 Elgin within the National Arts Centre, using customer service skills and bilingual communication.

This full-time continuing Server position reports to the Manager, 1 Elgin. You will deliver qualified food and beverage service, prepare tables for service hours, and support assigned customers. The position requires Smart Serve certification, fine dining experience, and knowledge of fine food and wine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional food and beverage service
- Serve assigned customers with impeccable hospitality
- Ensure tables are properly set for service hours

Requirements:

- High school diploma and Smart Serve Certificate
- Two years of similar fine dining experience
- Fluency in both official languages
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Squirrel or another P.O.S. system
