The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of applications, managing problem resolution, and coordinating with various teams to maintain a high standard of service.Key Responsibilities Application Support: Monitor application health reports, shift manager reports, and alerts to recommend and implement corrective actions.Review operating system logs and maintain the health of managed components.Investigate and resolve issues at different support levelsProblem Management: Investigate problems, perform impact analysis,
