This position includes laundry duties, sanitation, equipment operation, and resident-focused reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, and floors
- Perform laundry duties and distribute linens throughout the community

- Report resident issues and unsafe conditions promptly

Requirements:

- Operate irons, washers, dryers, brooms, mops, and vacuums

- Demonstrate sanitation knowledge and strong organization skills
