Serve customers and process donations as a full-time Store Associate at The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Strathmore, Alberta.

This permanent full time position supports retail operations through customer service, cash handling, donation processing, and inventory replenishment. You will report to the Store Manager while helping maintain an attractive, organized, and safe store. The schedule may vary and includes weekdays and/or Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and donors courteously throughout store operations
- Complete cash and debit transactions accurately
- Sort, price, hang, and store donated goods
- Restock sales-floor inventory and maintain displays
- Clean, organize, and monitor store safety

Requirements:

- Some high school coursework completed
- A few months of customer service or goods-processing experience
- Cash handling and cash register experience required
- Attention to detail and strong oral communication
- Ability to lift or carry up to 29 pounds frequently
