Prepare customer products for shipment as a Copack Warehouse Packager using powered equipment, accurate picking, and safe packaging practices.

This Packager prepares and packages products while following Line Lead and Quality Lead instructions. The work includes selecting inventory through WMS, moving orders, and maintaining shipment accuracy. You will follow Positive Manufacturing Practices, company safety rules, and required personal protective equipment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and package customer products for shipment
- Safely operate assigned powered industrial equipment
- Select products using WMS and required sequences
- Count shipments and record amounts for verification
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and education
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods
- Ability to follow required PPE standards
