As an Hourly Bartender, you will prepare alcoholic drinks, pour wine and beer, and support an exceptional dining experience. You will follow standard recipes, adapt to guest preferences, and manage bar service responsibilities. The role includes drink orders, payments, inventory, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take drink orders, garnish drinks, and serve guests
- Collect payments and operate the POS
- Clean glasses, utensils, work areas, and guest spaces
- Track inventory and order required bar supplies
- Check identification and manage responsible alcohol service

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Required age of majority or older
- One to two years of bartending experience
- Adaptable availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Applicable provincial alcohol selling and handling certificate
