This full time culinary position supports high volume kitchen service with Aramark recipes and prep lists. Food service experience is an asset, while strong food safety and English communication skills support daily operations. The work includes food preparation, guest service, sanitation, and accurate food rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food using prep lists and Aramark standard recipes
- Follow food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Rotate food to maintain quality and freshness
- Label, date, cover, and store leftover foods correctly
- Clean, sanitize, and organize stations and equipment

Requirements:

- Food service experience is an asset
- Valid WHMIS and Food Safe certification
- Solid interpersonal and English communication skills
- Ability to work supervised and unsupervised
- Ability to lift an average of 12 kilograms
