Lead quantitative research delivery for US clients at GMO Research & AI, managing projects, KPIs, vendors, and cross-cultural communication. This role offers flexible scheduling.

As a Project Manager, you will manage quantitative studies from kickoff through close while collaborating with regional Sales, global PM teams, clients, and vendors. You will monitor fieldwork, control quality, address risks, and maintain clear project records. The work requires client-facing leadership and strong analytical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage up to 15 quantitative research projects concurrently
- Track completes, IR, LOI, SCO, and QTF KPIs
- Adjust sampling, invites, reminders, and quotas proactively
- Coordinate vendors and document decisions in internal tools




- Maintain client communication and seamless cross-shift handovers

Requirements:

- Three or more years managing quantitative studies end-to-end
- Robust client communication and project leadership capabilities
- Experience with risk management, fieldwork, and quality delivery
- Proficiency with PM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and survey platforms
- Excellent English communication across cultures and time zones
