Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Functional Lead to support one of the world 's leading agriculture companies on a contract until June 2028. Based in Calgary (3 days/week onsite, Tu-Thu), this individual will own the Inventory Visibility and Tank Monitoring capability, acting as the bridge between operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for leading discovery, gathering requirements, designing solutions, driving adoption, and ensuring measurable business value. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional pod and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal structure. Travel of approximately 6-20 weeks annually is required. Candidates must possess a valid passport.Skills and Requirements10+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Product Ownership, Functional Leadership, Business Analysis, or Digital TransformationProven experience owning business solutions from discovery through implementation and value realizationStrong Business Analysis background with expertise in requirements gathering, workshops, process design, business rules, and functional specificationsAbility to translate operational/business problems into system requirements, KPIs, decision logic, and technology solutionsExperience working directly with operational leaders, Directors, and VPsHands-on delivery mindset; comfortable getting into requirements, solution design,
