This Salt Truck Driver / Monitor position starts November 15, 2026, with compensation depending on experience and reliability. You will work when snow is forecast and remain available for on-call assignments. The work supports community safety through snow removal and requires long hours during peak days.



You may work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive small to medium-sized trucks during snow events
• Work outdoors in cold and undesirable weather conditions
• Remain available for late or early on-call shifts
• Work long hours during peak snow days
• Complete snow removal work safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Hold a DZ license and maintain a clean abstract
• Have one year driving small to medium-sized trucks
• Provide reliable transportation to inaccessible job sites
• Have access to a mobile phone
• Lift 50 pounds or more while physically fit
