As a Transfer Specialist, you will manage Buy/Sell agreements, reassignments, and related policy updates within Hub Financial, a division of HUB International. The work connects brokers, insurance companies, and internal partners while supporting accurate servicing and commission changes. You will maintain transfer records, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to projects for the Licensed Inforce and Reassignments team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process advisor Buy/Sell agreements for block transfers and reassignments
- Coordinate timely transfer processing with insurance companies
- Maintain broker and block transfer information in WealthServ




- Prepare and submit transfer forms to brokers and carriers
- Investigate discrepancies and participate in project work

Requirements:

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet commitments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and online meeting platform knowledge
- Insurance, financial services, or MGA operations experience is an asset
