Overnight janitorial and security work awaits a Part-Time Temporary Night Houseman at West Coast Seniors Housing Management. Work four nights on and four off, from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager or designate, the Night Houseman maintains sanitation, cleanliness, and secure conditions throughout the community. Duties combine building security, resident emergency call system support, routine cleaning, exterior maintenance, and event cleanup. The position also requires reporting resident concerns to nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor building and resident security overnight
- Carry out routine and rotational cleaning throughout buildings
- Clean floors, walls, windows, doors, washrooms, and elevators




- Remove garbage and replenish supplies throughout the building
- Support departments with event cleanup when needed

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Availability for overnight shifts on a four-on, four-off schedule
- WHMIS and First Aid Certificates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
