Provide overnight personal care with Cogir Senior Living from 11 PM to 7 AM, using medication administration and resident support skills. This meaningful work supports retirees across Cogir residences.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, the Unregulated Care Provider delivers personal care and selected tasks within established knowledge and skill. The role follows supervisor direction, regulatory requirements, and company policies. You will support person-centered care, documentation, resident safety, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care and document services accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to approved policies
- Observe residents and report condition changes to supervisors
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, mobilization,



and adaptive aids
- Prepare nutritious meals and support a clean workplace

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker graduate or equivalent healthcare training
- Experience working with seniors in community health services
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Strong written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift or transfer clients and obtain screening
