This Retail Representative role focuses on customer service across telephone and in person interactions. You will handle inquiries, address complaints, resolve shipment and equipment challenges, and support shipping details. The position also involves relationships with customers, vendors, building tenants, and corporate partners. English proficiency is required for frequent stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers courteously by telephone and in person
