Eataly Sherway Gardens seeks a seasonal Bartender skilled in beverage preparation, guest service, and bar operations for a part time contract.

This Bartender prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and restaurant. The position provides friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service. Reporting functionally to the Restaurant Manager, the role includes drink preparation, wine service, draught beer, guest orders, and bar presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, mix, and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serve wine, bottled beer, and draught beer
- Take guest orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Maintain an attractive bottle and glass display
- Keep the bar sanitary and follow regulations

Requirements:

- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of beer and wine
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
