Serve guests at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino on the Tsuut’ina First Nation, using POS systems and robust communication skills. Shift work is required.

The Server supports dining service across the Buffet, Bingo Hall, Blaze Restaurant, Gaming Floor, and Hot Dog Cart. This role delivers guest service, presents menus, upsells food and beverage items, and follows casino policies. You will take accurate orders, serve items efficiently, and maintain clean, prepared service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guest service consistent with company standards and brand attributes
- Review daily specials, promotions, menus, prices, and operating hours
- Enter food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system
- Serve items efficiently and keep tables ready for guests




- Balance receipts and maintain service station supplies

Requirements:

- High school diploma and valid Alberta Pro Serve Certificate
- Required experience using POS systems in service settings
- One to two years of server experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Availability for shifts, standing, smoking environments, and lifting up to 50 pounds
