The Fit4Less Host provides customer and membership services while completing cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance tasks. This position welcomes members, explains memberships, amenities, automation, and processes, and supports a friendly, clean, automated brand experience. Hosts also promote black card memberships and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy the club to established standards
- Provide friendly interaction while completing workout floor tasks
- Welcome members and guests warmly throughout the club
- Assist with memberships, amenities, automation, and processes
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress
