Cultivation Associates execute assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. The position provides comprehensive training across cannabis cultivation and post-harvest operations. Associates work with Cultivation Leads, Supervisors, and Managers while supporting productive daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with transplanting, watering, pruning, and crop maintenance
- Observe plants and report pests, disease, or abnormalities
- Apply organic nutrients and support scheduled irrigation activities
- Participate in harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming




- Maintain sanitary work areas and complete assigned records

Requirements:

- Ability to follow cultivation procedures and nutrient recipes
