Parker Huggett is recruiting a Project Manager for an established General Contractor and Construction Manager with a strong pipeline of ICI work across Southwestern Ontario. With more than 20 years of building in the region, our client delivers projects from $10 M to $100 M, ranging from complex renovations and tenant improvements to light industrial, post-secondary and ground-up institutional builds. They’re actively building bench strength to support a growing number of awarded projects. That means you’ll join a team that’s investing in its people, taking on larger and more complex work, and delivering in a market that keeps getting busier.You’ll have a lot behind you in this role. A strong leadership group has been assembled to execute complex projects, and the firm has a long record of notable work across Southwestern Ontario, including post-secondary facilities, seniors and low-income housing, and institutional builds. You’ll support a growing team of experienced construction professionals in a collaborative environment where relationships matter as much as results.About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:You’re motivated, with the drive to succeed and a strong sense of ownership over the projects you deliverYou have proven project management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm in the ICI spaceStrong tenure in your previous roles,



with a demonstrated history of delivering full-cycle projects in the regionYou have worked on tenant improvement, light industrial and post-secondary projectsYou’re cooperative and communicate well, and you can keep owners, consultants and site teams alignedYou can work successfully with every project stakeholder, from owners and consultants to tradesYou have a solid grasp of construction contracts, scheduling and cost controlYou’re familiar with various project delivery methodsYou’re proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software and project management platformsA diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is considered an assetAbout the JobLocation: Office-based in the Tri-City area (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge)Employment type: Full-time, permanentSalary Range: $120,000 to $150,000, based on experiencePlease note that all candidates must be legally permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this role.We truly appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
