Coordinator: Electronic Giving - 6-month Contract Full-TimeContract Full Time Coordinator Ottawa, ON, CASalary Range: $25.98 To $31.63 HourlyJob purposeThe Coordinator: Electronic Giving is responsible for assisting in achieving the fundraising and online presence goals of the Ottawa Humane Society (OHS), focused on all channels of electronic giving and engagement.duties and responsibilitiesEnsure the accuracy of the OHS development database for online donations and campaignsPrepare and process online donations and receipts and acknowledgementsPromote electronic giving opportunities inside and outside the OHSAssist in the development of electronic giving, stewardship and engagement plansMaintain records, develop queries, metrics, and tracking to measure program effectivenessMaintain action tracks in Raiser’s EdgeSupport donor recognition and stewardship plans and activitiesCoordinate electronic giving assetsSupport the activities of coworkers, volunteers, students and work placements and provide orientation and training as requiredBe thoroughly familiar with pertinent legislation, regulations, guidelines, OHS policies, procedures, and collective agreementProduce and maintain accurate reports, records, and filesParticipate in supervision, evaluation,
