Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for Baycrest Health Hospital’s academic health sciences centre. You will support safety throughout the site, emphasizing the Emergency Department, while assisting patients, visitors, and staff. The work includes coded emergencies, safety planning, patient watches, restraints, investigations, reporting, and emergency-service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a supportive security presence throughout the hospital site
- Respond efficiently to coded emergencies and escalated security concerns
- Use verbal de-escalation during high-stress conflicts




- Assist with safety plans, patient watches, and directed restraints
- Write incident reports and conduct routine investigations

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Required immunization records and two-step TB skin test
- Valid UOF and MOAB certifications or willingness to train
