In this agency environment, you will bridge creative vision with operational rigor—managing complex event lifecycles, driving vendor partnerships, leading client relationships, and ensuring every activation is executed flawlessly on time and within budget.Responsibilities: Full Lifecycle Oversight: Direct end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, permitting, site plans, production timelines, staffing, and technical requirements.Vendor & Partner Management: Leverage and expand a network of top-tier suppliers, fabricators, staffing agencies, and venue contacts across key markets.On-Site Execution: Lead site setups, run-of-shows, and live event management maintaining high production standards, safety compliance,
