Operate chocolate tempering machines and PLC controls as a temporary Molding Line Attendant on Barry Callebaut’s continental day shift. Support protected, consistent production.

This six-month position covers all phases of transforming raw materials into finished products on the Molding line. You will adjust temperatures, settings, conveyor speed, product shape, and weight according to program specifications. The work includes SAP entries, HACCP checks, quality documentation, and shift communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and adjust chocolate tempering machines using PLC controls
- Control conveyor speed, product shape, and product weight
- Identify production codes and collect Quality department samples




- Perform SAP entries and document critical control points
- Complete maintenance, sanitation, safety checks, and shift updates

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Hoist Operator training and Lift Truck Certificate
- Ability to move throughout the facility and climb stairs
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and work around heat
