Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time Japanese-English interpretation through OPI and VRI platforms
- Facilitate communication across healthcare and public service settings
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity




- Manage video interactions with appropriate visual communication and etiquette
- Participate in training, quality monitoring, and performance improvement

Requirements:

- Fluency in Japanese and English across required language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reside in Ontario and legally work in Canada
- Remain calm under pressure with emotional intelligence
- Use technology and web-based communication platforms comfortably
