You will support resident events, social media engagement, move-in and move-out processes, applications, and leasing administration. The position supports occupancy goals while maintaining accurate records and property knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospects and show model units, apartments, and common areas
- Respond to leads, answer calls, and conduct property tours
- Assist residents through move-in and move-out processes
- Promote resident events and maintain property social media engagement
- Prepare lease paperwork, deposits, and prospect leasing data
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and desire to help prospective residents
- Evening and weekend availability as required
- Police Criminal Record Check required before employment
