The Bar Supervisor oversees sales coordination, employee service, guest service, opening, closing, and service recovery. This position trains hourly staff on technical and service standards while supporting management with communication, resources, and operational improvements. The work includes beverage preparation, cost control, compliance, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate bar sales and front-of-house operations
- Train staff on beverage, food, and service standards
- Create, mix, pour, garnish, and serve beverages




- Address guest concerns and complete service recovery
- Maintain cleanliness, drink times, costs, and portion controls

Requirements:

- At least two years comparable experience preferred
- Advanced food and beverage industry knowledge
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- ProServe Certification required
- Ability to stand and lift 50 pounds
