Key Responsibilities

- Remove existing floor coverings
- Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
- Prepare and install resilient floor coverings such as ceramic floor, marble, glass tiles, mosaic tile, laminate, plank floors, flagstone using adhesive, rollers and other tools
- Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
- Conduct moisture, ph, temperature and other tests prior to flooring installations
- Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
- Must be able to level floors by dry packing concrete prior to laying marble

- Skid Steer Loader
- Mini Excavator
