Support handcrafted cocktail service at e11even in Toronto with bar stocking, glassware care, and timely bartender assistance. Work across varied shifts.

As a Barback at MLSE’s e11even restaurant, you will support bartenders delivering skilled food and beverage service. Your work includes preparing bar stations, maintaining inventory, and keeping service areas organized. You will also respond to guest inquiries and follow established safety standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and stock bar stations, wells, juices, garnishes, and ice
- Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from bar tops
- Maintain clean, organized bars and polish service items
- Lift, move, and change kegs safely
- Follow MLSE service, health, and safety policies

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ Barback or similar experience
- Previous bussing or barback position experience
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
