WOODLAND HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICT seeks a Building Paraprofessional for an inclusionary setting. The position assists students with special needs across Autistic Support, Emotional Support, Learning Support, and Life Skills Support. Responsibilities include following IEP or 504 agreements, supporting co-teaching, and reinforcing teacher-taught skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one assistance according to IEP or 504 agreements
- Maintain student supervision during transitions, physical education, and transportation
- Provide behavior support, including trained physical management when needed




- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction reinforcing taught skills
- Collaborate with special and regular education teachers and related staff

Requirements:

- Two-year associate degree, 48 college credits, or competency exam
- Computer literacy and office equipment operation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and unquestionable integrity
- Ability to attend required job-related training sessions
