As QC Lead Hand, you will oversee daily quality activities and help meet program requirements, regulatory standards, and product specifications. The work includes employee training, testing coordination, product releases, quality record verification, and continuous improvement. SAP or ERP knowledge, Infinity QS proficiency, and experience in a agile Quality department support this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee incubation, regulatory holds, releases, and third-party logistics coordination
- Verify microbiological, analytical, identity-preserved, and environmental testing results
- Coordinate samples, laboratory submissions, deviations, and customer shipments




- Review COAs, shelf-life assessments, complaints, allergens, and sensory evaluations
- Maintain records, train employees, and improve Infinity QS systems

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Sciences degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years within a dynamic Quality department
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, or Infinity QS preferred
- Aseptic and thermal process experience is a plus
- Availability for occasional nights and weekends
