Heavy Duty Cleaner needed for detailed facility maintenance, floor care, washroom service, waste removal, and secure use of cleaning equipment.

GDI Services (Canada) LP provides integrated facility maintenance services across Canada and the United States. This janitorial position cleans hard floors, carpets, washrooms, common areas, and offices. You will work across two buildings, including shower areas, and support supervisors with assigned assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, strip, and wax interior floors
- Clean carpets, windows, windowsills, glass, and interior walls
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper, soap, and toilet supplies
- Collect building trash and replace container liners daily
- Report clogged urinals, lights out, and possible defects

Requirements:

- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and heavy duty machines
- Lift up to 50 pounds and change garbage
- Take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Work cooperatively as part of a team
- Pass a Criminal Background Check and provide transportation
