Support residents overnight in Mississauga as a Security Concierge using communication, organization, and access-control skills. Work Tuesday through Saturday, midnight to 8:00 a.m.

FirstService Residential seeks a Security Concierge to assist residents, clients, contractors, visitors, and vendors. The position combines customer service, property patrols, message screening, access scheduling, and emergency response. You will protect residents, clients, and property while maintaining confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident questions, provide directions, and clarify service needs
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
- Patrol building levels, parking areas, and perimeter
- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms




- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software updates

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Calm, self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit extended periods
